I'm pretty pumped at the numbers I've been able to massage out of my tank's (potential) build, but before I commit to it and start buying recipes I figured it would be a good idea to have it looked at by people that weren't so close to it.

Milestones:

- Softcapped S/L/F/C/E/N defense (35.5% Psi)
- 3,108 hit points
- 713% to 1144% regen (92 to 148 hp/sec)
- 2.71 end/sec net after toggles

I don't think you can get much better than this. After running a Survivability Analysis on your build for S/L damage, you came out to 7,352 DPS vs one foe, and 19,155 DPS vs 10 foes in range of RTTC.

I made a WP/SS build for my friend that focused more on HPs and recharge, and got that by using the 32.5% standard for defense. With a small purple inspiration his build comes out to 6,718 vs one foe and 17,826 vs ten foes. The main difference is that he will likely use the Spiritual Alpha. With the Cardiac Alpha slotted, the numbers are 8,099 and 21,349. That is for S/L damage only. I should mention that I only managed to get to 3315 HPs without using purples or PvP IOs.

Regen: Was 1144%, increased to 1164%
Recovery: Was 207%, increased to 234%
HP: Was 3108, increased to 3264

Dropped Powers:
Hand Clap, Resurgence (you'll never die anyway)

Added Powers:
Focused Accuracy (toggle not needed, for Rectified Reticle: Increased Perception)
Physical Perfection (Performance Shifter: Chance for +End)

Added Defense:
0.8% Psionic
0.6% Melee
0.6% Ranged

Updated version:
I dropped a few small Regen set bonuses by reclaiming four slots from Jab, Punch, Haymaker and Knockout Blow with practically no change in damage output, and now it's almost back to your original Regen numbers (from 1144% to 1135%). I went for the 6-piece 3.75% psionic defense bonus in Hurl, added some -ToHit and %Chance for Recharge Slow in Rise to the Challenge, and it's increased to 3294 HP.

Great build! Works wonders with Cardiac, but you could go Spiritual Core Paragon and bump up your Regen and HP figures even more (1300% & 3322hp, for 180hp/sec). Should be plenty of recovery there to handle your endurance needs and it'd drop the recharge on Foot Stomp by a full second.

Question on these:

FA is there just for the +Per proc and not to be used? I can't recall coming across many places where +Per was really needed (Arachnos smoke grenades, basically)... ?

Is Physical Perfection (or the endurance at least) all that needed when I'm pulling down nearly 3 points net endurance/second even without it?

I have just 50'd my new main a Will/SS. I have been going over the forums lookig at old ss/will posts. this one is pretty impressive. I think i may just steal it lol. There are 2 modifications I would want to make for mine. I would drop SS/punch, because i have the 2 vet attacks, and just dont want another low ranking attack. I would switch the enhancers in that to Boxing-Punch. i would also drop Super Jump. I do not think losing the Winter Slow enhancer should F me over. Also, i have 3 fly temps at any one time, and the only time i lose them are for master attempts (and thankfully someone usually has TP on those) In place i would add Focused Accuracy for the tough spots, and Physical Perfection for grins. I see that the buildout offfere4d as an alternative has these, but I am actually not moving anything the way that does. Therefore this should operate exactly the same?

I took Punch mostly to hold a set of Crushing Impacts, which gives nice set bonuses. Even though I really don't need it the added set bonuses made it worth it in my book. I normally don't take Focused Accuracy for my tanks as it's a huge end hog. If you ware worried about accuracy Tactics is better. Although FA is better with the to hit debuff protection.

Plus if you are doing the upcoming BAF trial to unlock more Incarnate slots you can't use your vet attacks as they will be disabled for the trial making it necessary for an additional attack.

I normally 6 slot Physical Perfection to max out the end mod and regen potential.

ach, you got me thinking. of my 3 builds i have planning this will be my "master run" build. So I will need travel powers and extra attacks in it. that said, i could still just transfer over the enhancers from SS-punch to Boxing Punch and drop SS-punch (prob picking up a travel power i think now) Unless i get rech-nerfed i should be fine for attacks, and with this much defense rech nerf should not hit often.
