Just to clear out the obvious: are you sure it's not the Good vs Evil Jump Pack you're seeing?

There are a number of ways to get the Jet Pack:
Purchase
Siren's Call (short duration)
FireBase Zulu
Grandville
Craft (as you noticed)
Bank Mission (as you noticed)
Winter Event (gives the Jingle Jet)
Random from a present Inspiration
Turn in 10 Candy Canes
Random from opening glowie
Random from the Holiday Cheer temp power you give to a friend
Day Job Power
Commuter
Missions (villain side only)
One gives you the goldbricker pack
One gives you the skyraider pack (same as raptor pack in all respects)
payment card
30-day timed jet pack as a reward for using payment card for subscription
Or you can purchase this for $5
So you might have done any of those to pick up the jet pack unless it is the good vs evil jump pack as mentioned.

I know the GvsE jump pack from the jetpack. This was a direct clone from the Jet Pack.
Y'know, now that GavinRuneblade mentions it, I might have opened a present and not noticed the reward. That's the only answer that makes the most sense. But it's no Jingle Jet, it's a tried and true Raptor Pack, but the power is called 'Jet Pack'

What's nice about the Posi jetpack is that it's a different power from the Safeguard/Shadow Shard pack. This means you can keep the Posi jetpack as a reserve for if your main jetpack runs out at an inconvienient time.
I know they added Jet Pack as a temp power you can craft some time ago. Something I've run into is that on several new characters, without ever touching a bank mission of any sort, let along Atlas, I'm having the Jet Pack power show up on my power tray, as though I'd crafted or earned it.
This happen to anyone else?
