Can enough tp foe be stacked to actually tp hard targets?

At first glance I would say no, since it looks to me like you can't stack the actual TP effect itself at all since it has no lasting.
But I'm not entirely sure about this.

Not to mention the 1 arcanatime window to throw all the TP effects before it gets cancelled out by the teleport resistance. You need extreme coordination to cast them at the exact window..

In theory, everyone could cast TP Foe in the same combat tick, stacking it up until there's enough magnitude to teleport. In practice, the timing's too hard to get right.

What if a bunch of TP Foe users queued it on a target out of range, and someone used Team TP to get them all in range at the same time?

I like this idea... only thing is that we would need to also coordinate where the target TPs to...I mean it would suck if you ripped statesman apart 100 ways but that would also be an awesome sight....

Is TP foe not interuptable like Recall Friend? In which case it wouldn't work either.

Plus TP Foe has to be targeted on a ground location before it goes off, so it won't fire right after the team TP but rather after each TP'er clicks... which gets back to everyone having to coordinate to within a small fraction of a second to fire them all on one server tick.

The only way I can see this working is with a multibox player running several characters using software to duplicate mouse clicks to every game client.
