More often than not, the players (IE: Us) answer things before the devs/red names.
Also, that suggestions forum? It's kinda like the devs way of sweeping dust under the rug. Give you a place to put stuff and assume they'll look at it.
I'd guess either Noble Savage (as art lead) or WarWitch. Maybe Second Measure.
