Can you recommend some AE missions for a solo scrapper?

I'm trying to level up my scrapper at a moderate pace. After gaining 20 levels on the Double XP weekend I'm taking it slower. As a result I want to start working on some AE missions so I can earn many of the recipes & set bonus' I want.

I'm an Electric Melee/Electric Armor build. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, especially since this is an AT I've never played past 10.

I'm probably missing something here, but wouldn't it just be easier to run scanner missions set for 8?

sorry about that. I want to run the AEs to use the tickets to buy many of the recipes & salvage

I'm assuming your character is nowhere (aka not within two insps) near softcap. Because of that, I'd suggest making your own map, since most farmable maps focus on either S/L or fire, and most other maps don't have any distinct advantage over any other in terms of soloability (in the sense of difficulty vs tickets).

If you are within two insps to softcap, I'd suggest just rolling with any of the farm maps, and keep plenty of purple insps to maintain your softcap.

Other notes: Electric's not too good at single target damage, so I'd set +1x8 (no bosses). Alternatively, if you're specifically looking for tickets and not xp/inf, I'd suggest -1x8 (bosses). The faster killing should offset the reduced tickets.

@twoflower writes awesome stories. I don't know if your looking for easy stuff but his/her arcs would be my first choice to run.
you could run the "dev choice" missions as well

@signpost: thanks for that recommendation. I'm not close to the Def softcap, and running at roughly 50% S/L Resist

@JamMasterJMS: I'll look into it. Thanks

Here's a good resource.

I personally recommend the work of @The Cheshire Cat (search for other works by this person in the Architect mission screen, there's one in Dark Astoria that's great and creepy) but anything on that page is bound to be among the best you'll find in Architect.

Here's another good resource, conveniently sorted by level range.

Or you could just check off "my level" and type "Rikti" into the search window, if you're high enough level to fight them. Electric armor does well against them. "Freakshow" will also work, they are vulnerable to energy damage so they will just melt, and there are tons of arcs that feature them, although they're mostly played for comedy.

I suggest avoiding anything with a level range of 1-54 and custom enemies or Archvillains (it generally means the author didn't put much thought into balancing the difficulty for any specific level range, so whatever level you are it's pretty much a crapshoot; too low and you'll be slaughtered, too high and the rewards will suck) or with "extreme" anything in the orange warnings ("extreme" often translates to "I wanted a challenge but didn't want to think about what would actually be challenging but doable so I gave them all the powers and probably made a player-killer.")

I thank you for this! I actually am starting to make AE missions, and this has opened my eyes to my own folly. My thought was "why deny anyone in the populace a chance to play my wonderful storyline (yes, said tongue in cheek)"...I need to focus better on level desired, and probably play some of those on the list.
Thank you again Eva Destruction.

This would be my suggestion. Take on mobs that /elec can deal with, or Elec can mow through and you have a good chance of performing well.
