to answer the one thing, most likely after whenever the maintenance takes place
as for your other option about the heros and silver mantis sf, silver mantis is an entirely redside sf, and i dont think the hero mish computers have any options on them aside from the CoP trial access
Is there maintenance on Tuesday, it's usually Thursday. Tuesday's are usually patch days.

I assumed since the Devs have gotten away from doing regular maintenance on Tuesdays that they put in some new system to "switch" the WST at the appropriate time automatically. But I agree it does beg the questions of what that "appropriate" time is. Is it 00:00 CST, 09:00 CST, or some other time? And what happens if you start one before the deadline and don't finish it until after the deadline?
I think these are going to be things that we'll all get to experience "as they happen" because I've seen no Dev word on it one way or the other. I'd just pay attention here because I'm sure people will report how it happens as it happens. *shrugs*

I'd assume the new one starts at the exact time today that the last one started last week.

While I don't know the answer, maybe it starts at midnight server time. Try using /servertime to see how that compares to your timezone.

We ran 6 Kahns from 830 CST to Noon, Notices were given on all runs(to those that could get them). Best time was 23 minutes. To Bad on Cuda we have to pretty much clear most of the last map. as for the time about 8:00 CST

February 8th to February 14th - Return of he Reichsman (from Dr. Kahn in Founders' Falls) / Thus Spoke the Reichsman (from Barracuda in Grandville)
February 15th to February 21st - The Lady Grey Task Force (from Lady Grey in the Rikti War Zone)
February 22nd to February 28th - Clamor and Destruction (from Sister Psyche in Independence Port) / Pirates of the Skies (from Silver Mantis in Sharkhead Isle or your supergroup or villaingroup base's mission computer or oracle)
If we start an STF/LRSF before the switch but not finish until after, does it count?
Also does that mean a Vigilante could start the Silver Mantis SF in a Hero Base?
