Elec/Elec - Slotting questions -End Mod/End Red/Recharge
I tried a build once with EndMod in every power and I can honestly say it sucked when it came to survivability. I would stick with the standard DPS builds and slot EndMod into SC and PS, perhaps in EF too if you have the slots, but I'm not sure if that has been fixed in the 4 years I've been away.
My attitude is this: drain, do massive AoE and ST damage, control and be relentless due to PS.

I'm wondering if anyone's played with Electricity blast and tried slotting End Mod into their attacks. My conventional slotting is 2 Acc, 3Dam and 1 Recharge/End Redux depending on the attacks and my Endurance position while leveling.
But having rolled a new electricity blaster i'm considering a third slot option. Endurance Modification. Reasonably, I imagine I'd probably get more mileage out of Recharge, what with so few attacks on the lineup. But I felt I should ask, see if anyone had field experience. |
@Deadboy
I tried t once, back in the pre invention days
It kinda worked in PvE - in PVP it never quite did enough.
It may be a cheap experiment for your 3rd build maybe. I would say if you have the inf, try it, but if you're gonna do it go for all of it. Don't just slot one end mod in every power slot everything for end mod
PS don't blame me if the toon sucks

I would only slot End Mod in the heavy drainers(Short Circuit, Power Sink, maybe Ball Lightning and Lightning Field), and rely on the Musculature end mod to fill in the rest.

Life is pleasant. Death is peaceful. It's the transition that's troublesome.
