So 3 weeks and a day?

So if it takes 2 Notice of the Wells to get 2 third tier's (a week and a day minimum) and it takes 2 Notice's to make 1 Favor of the Well (a week and a day minimum AFTER your last one) We are looking at 3 weeks and 1 day before anybody has a 4th tier slotted? Right? Or will they, within the next 3 weeks, give us another way to make Notice's?

Is my math correct?

Le Blanc 50 Dark/Dark Scrap
High Huntress 50 Archery/NRG Blast

The earliest you can have a Very Rare is February 22nd.

Feb 1 - First WST (RSF/STF), 1st Notice -> Create a Rare Alpha Boost
Feb 8 - Second WST (TBA), 2nd Notice -> Create a Rare Alpha Boost
Feb 15 - Third WST (TBA), 3rd Notice -> Save it
Feb 22 - Fourth WST (TBA), 4th Notice -> Combine with third for Favor of the Well, upgrade Rares into Very Rare.

Feb 1 to Feb 22 is 21 days (3 weeks)

I've got 5 kids to feed (aka alts) so I'm not counting on seeing the very rare slot anytime soon. It's not like my toons aren't already OP'd as it is.

If I remember correctly one dev said there's gonna be an alternative way of getting Notices of the Well in I20 and this is more of a head-start than anything.

I could be wrong though. All I know is that the big thing I care about is the level shift and luckily you get that one from the Rare tier already.
