Where's the CoH defragging utility?

You might be getting the Cryptic / NCSoft City of Heroes game confused with Valve Software's Steam Platform Service which DOES have an option to defragment the cache files stored on the computer.
Valve's Steam Defragmentation Utility is NOT an official utility for City Of Heroes.
Now, if you are looking for a way to defragment your files and you don't want to use Microsoft's defragmentation utility because it makes a whirring sound most often associated with Hoovers or Electrolux's, look up UltraDefrag: http://ultradefrag.sourceforge.net/
No, no, it's not that - could have sworn there was something for the pigg files... I'll look around some more; perhaps, I'm confusing CoH with some other game.
Two that I can recommend is Defraggler and Auslogics Disk Defrag. Both can defrag a single file, folder or single drive. Auslogics is the faster of the two. Both are free.

At this point in time defragging does not help much unless your running old hardware and running windows xp. Vista/Windows 7 automatically defrags your system when its idle and even then with todays hard drives seek times you will never really notice a difference in speed once defragged.
