The XP bump was given for 15-25 and 35-50.
The levels between 25-35 and the slowest in the game.

It'll most likely be, LGTF's, ITF's, Numina's, STF's, and Shard TF's.
For the Villain side, yeah, I don't know many of the TF's over there except the LRSF.

As a rule, I do try to atleast make the post 1 week ahead of the date, gives people a chance to plan for the day.
Remember, just running 1 TF will earn you that "ticket" to the prize pool. But running all of them ,earns you more "tickets".

In Paragon City and the Rogue Isles, there comes a time when every hero, villain, vigilante, or rogue hits level 30, and enters a Mid-Level Crisis! Come join a day of fun to help these characters get through their crises. For each event you join, you will be entered into a prize drawing. At the end of the day there will be a huge raffle!
When: February 12th, 2011 10 am EST
Who: Everyone on Pinnacle! Certain tasks will be side specific.
Where: Beginning in Brickstown, but we will be bouncing all over Paragon and the Isles.
