MA/Regen PvP Scrapper Questions

I've saved a silly amount of Inf., and I've decided to make an MA/Regen Scrapper to have fun with in PvP, but I am not sure where to start.

As MA/ It seems the only powers with taking are Thunder Kick, Focus Chi, Crane Kick, Crippleing Axe Kick, and Eagles Claw

As /Regen what do you focus on? I've read recharge is very important for your heals. It looks like all the powers are use full except for revive and maybe quick recovery?

For PP's it's the usual Leadership, Speed, and Leaping. What should the fourth PP be, Tough or something like Concealment?

For Anci/PPP's Flying Wonder Sharks of Doom mixed with Hibernate easily make Leviathan Mastery the one to shoot for unless lazy than it's Body Mastery.

On mine I took Speed / Leaping / Fighting / Concealment I got my + Perc from Weapons which also gave me web nade.

Hum, I've always thought I could get the web temp grenade.

I would say it's best to have both stamina & quick recovery in pvp. Having good end recovery is important. Getting the temp webnade power doesnt do any good since you only have a set number of charges. So it would be better for you the invest in the ancillary set that has it. Webnade recharges very fast too so it's easy to stack it as well.

I believe you can still get Physical Perfection under Weapon Mastery too.....

Humm, I looked at it to make sure, and only Body Mastery has Physical Perfection, but I can see where having to get web nades over and over could be an issue.

I came up with a build. It's lacking a bit in recharge I think, but it has 600+ regen.

How much recharge do you think I need? As much a possible?

Do I have enough attacks/slotted them correctly?

It has one extra slot I am not sure where to put it. I am thinking I could put a pancea proc somewhere, what power should it be, and does the TP resist IO prevent TP or just mkes it less likely?

Webnades redundantly "stack" in other words, one application is all you need every 10 sec in PvP. However, if you do have a fast recharging webnade and or purples in the power, Webnading 2-4 targets while taunting their dmg dealers can save your side a lot of trouble.

Oh, hum. I don't have taunt in my build. >.> Do I need it? I've never pvp'ed as a scrapper or made a build for PvP except for now.

Taunt gives a -75% range debuff so ranged AT's will have to get in alot closer and not to mention keep someone focused on you instead of a teammate.
