MM IO Procs
The one you're thinking of is: Soulbound Allegiance: Chance for Build Up
Also if you're Thugs (Gangwar) or Demons (Hell on Earth) you can slot these two:
Expedient Reinforcement: Resist Bonus Aura for Pets
Call to Arms: Defense Bonus Aura for Pets
You also have Commanding Presence: Taunt/Placate Resist, but I've never personally slotted it.
Of course you have plenty of other procs to slot depending on the pets. Achilles' Heel for thug's enforcers is the one that jumps out to me. Although I'm not sure if you really cared about those as much.

Do Expedient Reinforcement: Resist Bonus Aura for Pets andCall to Arms: Defense Bonus Aura for Pets work on all the pets, or just the ones from gang war? Either way, very nice.

From MZ's Guide to the Modern Mastermind (link in my signature)...
Slotting: Invention Enhancement Sets
[...]
There are a few unique Enhancements of note as well, as follows...
Edict of the Master: Defence Bonus
This enhancement grants an invisible aura around the Mastermind (like Supremacy, but shorter radius) that grants all henchmen/pets 5% defence to all damage. The slotted henchman/pet does not need to even be active for this to function.
Sovereign Right: Resistance Bonus
This enhancement grants an invisible aura around the Mastermind (like Supremacy, but shorter radius) that grants all henchmen/pets 10% resistance to all damage. The slotted henchman/pet does not need to even be active for this to function.
Soulbound Allegiance: Chance for Buildup
With every attack the slotted henchman makes, they will have a 17% chance to be affected by a Damage (64%) and ToHit (32%) boost that will last for 5 seconds. This affects only the slotted henchman and only procs on that henchman's attacks.
Three of the Mastermind primaries are also able to slot the Recharge Intensive Pet Sets (Demons via Hell on Earth, Necromancy via Soul Extraction and Thugs via Gang War) plus any with the Storm Summoning secondary via Tornado. These sets also have two aura Enhancements
Call to Arms: Defence Bonus Aura
This enhancement grants an invisible aura around the Mastermind (like Supremacy, but shorter radius) that grants all henchmen/pets 5% defence to all damage. The slotted henchman/pet does not need to even be active for this to function.
Expedient Reinforcement: Resist Bonus Aura
This enhancement grants an invisible aura around the Mastermind (like Supremacy, but shorter radius) that grants all henchmen/pets 10% resistance to all damage. The slotted henchman/pet does not need to even be active for this to function.
If you can slot all these uniques into your build, your henchmen will be at 10% defence and 20% resistance to all damage, even before any additional buffs or their own defences. This can lead to more survivable henches in tougher fights.
In addition to the unique IOs mentioned so far, for specific pets I find the following procs useful for adding a bit more damage:
Necromancy
Grave Knights: Touch of Lady Grey: Chance for Negative Damage; Achilles Heel: Chance for Res Debuff
Lich: Cloud Senses: Chance for Negative Damage; maybe Dark Watcher's Despair: Chance for Recharge Slow (I'm not sure how useful that one is without other -recharge to stack with).
Mercenaries
Soldiers: Touch of Lady Grey: Chance for Negative Damage; Achilles Heel: Chance for Res Debuff
Spec Ops: Touch of Lady Grey: Chance for Negative Damage; Achilles Heel: Chance for Res Debuff (maybe less so than Soldiers due to lack of AoE, but the level difference means better effects on their single target attacks)
Commando: Explosive Strike: Chance for Smashing Damage
Ninjas
Call Jounin: Touch of Lady Grey: Chance for Negative Damage; Achilles Heel: Chance for Res Debuff
Robotics
Assault Bot: Explosive Strike: Chance for Smashing Damage
Thugs
Call Enforcer: Touch of Lady Grey: Chance for Negative Damage; Achilles Heel: Chance for Res Debuff (though they're a bit tight for slots as you'll probably also want to enhance their Maneuvers' defense, and still find room for basic accuracy and damage slotting)
Call Bruiser: Explosive Strike: Chance for Smashing Damage
Demons
I've not really tested damage procs on them yet, but I'm thinking Impeded Swiftness: Chance for Smashing Damage could work well in Demon Prince, depending how its attacks are flagged. I don't see any other obvious openings.
In each of these cases I've picked the pet/proc combo(s) because the pet in question has a chance to fire those procs on most or all of their attacks (e.g. Jounin have -def on all their sword attacks, so procs from -defense sets get good mileage on them), and/or those attacks are AoE.
If I haven't mentioned a pet or proc it's because there are few if any attacks that would benefit (e.g. Battle Drones can take Explosive Strike: Chance for Smashing Damage, but it'll only proc on one of their (single target) attacks), and there's frequently better uses for the slot (if nothing else you'll want somewhere to slot the res/def aura IOs mentioned in previous posts).

EDIT: Duh, sometimes I don't actually read what other people write.
Besides the Sovereign Right: Resist Aura and the Edict of the Master: Defense Aura for MMs, what other IOs are beneficial to pets? I believe there is a buildup proc for pets? Full names of the IOs would be awesome because I have no idea what any of these are called lol.
