Sunburn effect?
If you have a decent screenshot I could tell you exactly what they are doing to get it.
If not you will have to be more specific what you mean by a sunburn effect. Just reddish skin? patches? certain areas on the body? Without knowing more my first guess would be a combination of the "blend" pattern choosing the reddish burnt color for the top and whatever skin tone you use for the bottom.
This is what I cam up with.
It uses the top row of "Normal skin" color to get the reddish hue, then uses Bare chest with the Tee pattern set to a very light gray (not white as i think that starts looking way unnatural). Gives a decent Farmer's Tan.
I also did the Rounded Mask on the face to give him raccoon eyes from wearing his shades.

What I was describing above looks like this...
...but yours is a good effect too Oath depending on what look he/she is going for.
@Genesis Man: Also a good suggestion but the problem with the emblem blends is they leave
the sides, back and stomach unburnt and it looks kinda like you got burnt by a spotlight to the chest
whereas this looks a bit more like a real top down burn from overhead sunlight both from the front and the back.
P.S. I used the "dark eyes" face mask in reverse to get the unburnt around the
eyes effect as it's more of a gradual blend than hard line.
Hahaha... And OUCH!
I've never seen this done before, haha, very nice!

There are a great many looks one can achieve that were not originally intended.
That's one serious sunburn there CR lol.
I think i've had one that bad before... though maybe it just felt that way.

Thanks ChristopherRobin, that is exactly the effect I was thinking of!

Man I really spend way too much time in the CC.

I've been trying to get a "sunburnt" effect on a toon's skin with no luck! I've seen it done but can't figure out how it was accomplished! Anyone have any ideas?
