Force Feedback Proc in Repel?
Good question. I would guess it would roll every 10 seconds just like a proc in any other toggle. But repel is a bit different than any other toggle, i guess. So now im wondering the same thing >.<

Test server?
What's that?
I don't know that I've ever actually used it for anything other than beta testing late in the process. I may have to go there and actually TEST! o.o

I would imaging that it would be like puting a Numina Proc in Rise to the Challenge: It checks when an enemy enters the AoE, and every 10 seconds after that an enemy is still in the AoE, and stops checking when there's nothing in range.
Of course, it would be a check, instead of automatic activation, but the timing should be the same.

It only works when it hit's a target. Tried it out
Also the Sleep chance to heal proc never fires in Static Field. I guess it heals the psuedopet.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
That sounds right. Though it probably is trying to proc on you when you cast.
Generally, a proc in a pseudopet (aka "patch" or "rain") power will fire on the caster (if a self buff) on casting, and then on the pseudopet or its targets (depending on if it's a buff or a debuff/damage proc) when it spawns in and once every ten seconds after.

I'm starting to deck out my speedster, and I'm curious how this would work.
If I put the Force Feedback Chance for +Recharge proc into Repel, does it tap its chance to activate on an ongoing basis, or only whenever some foe bumps into the field?
