This event got a shout out in the 1/14 edition of War Journal:
"I made a level 2 peacebringer on Justice server for a silly PvP event, where everyone was required to play a lowbie peacebringer. This sounded stupid but was more fun than I expected; the peacebringer inherent flight made for a lot of aerial dogfights. One player even got a level 10 PvP recipe from a kill."

I personally have kin team from 9 est to usually 11 est, though that shouldnt stop anyone else from trying to form it
