Team map icons gone, mouseover issue?

I frequently team with my kids who are playing just next to me at the next desk. Sometimes one or the other of us cannot see the marker on the map for the other person. It happens on both PCs, and is intermittent. It may work one map and not the next.

Also, mouseover information for enhancement from quartermasters is intermittent as well. The mouseover info for all other things works just fine, but a lot of the time when going to purchase things from various quartermasters it simply is not there which is a huge pain in the butt if you don't have the enhancement names memorized.

Anyone have any thoughts on what game settings I may need to tinker with to get these fixed?

it happened to me once, but self-corrected after a bit. I heard if you go to hide then unhide, it is a fix.

This happens to me randomly too, quite a bit as well. It can happen right from the begining of zoning in, or sometimes even start up working normally then suddenly disappear during the mission. It's frustrating to be honest.

It happens to me occasionally too. I have not been able to figure out a pattern to when it occurs.
