Solo to 50..and beyond
I'd say either a Bots/Traps (or bots/dark) MM, Ill/cold controller, or a mind/fire dominator.
I know of a Shield Defense scrapper that's solo'd an MoITF, so maybe that would work on the others too.
Where to now?

You'd want an early-blooming build that can beat AVs, since you'd face your first at levels 11-16 with Dr. Vahzilok, then Clockwork King at 15-20. It sort of depends what you count as 'every TF along the way,' though. Including the STF probably bumps the requirements up a lot.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

Nope, shard TFs require simulclick glowies.
I successfully solo'd my first TF last night and was filled with self pride. (It was only the Positron TF but I was proud nonetheless

You could have three others merely log off, and ask them to log back on to click the glowies once all is dead. I doubt anyone would claim it wasn't soloed based on that.
Of course if someone were that... OCD about soloing, it could be possible to get a GM to assist once you came upon one of those. (after explaining a similar situation to GM_Roland many years ago, he and another GM assisted my friend and I in duoing the Dr Quarterfield TF by clicking the glowies with us once we cleared everything)

I was including the STF, and that is what caused me to wonder if it is possible. Can the towers that buff Recluse be taken down solo without him killing you first?

Okay first of all only the Faathim the Kind Task Force and Dr. Quaterfield Task Force requires anyone to click multiple glowies.
Sara Moore Task Force , Justin Augustine Task Force Have no such requirements. Now lets get back to Faathim and the suggestion of having 3 friends help you. These better be REALLY good friends and ones you can call on the phone every 10-15 minutes or so because if you look through the missions involved no less than 6 different missions in that TF require that 4 glowies be clicked at the same time. Sorry but I really don't see that working out to well

). After reading the boards I see that many people have succeeded in soloing higher end TF's as well, and this got me to the question: Would it be possible, given the right build and unimited funds, to solo from 1-50, doing every TF along the way without ever joining a team? If so, what AT/powerset would be ideal? Not that I want to undertake such a task, I'm just curious if it has/can be done.
