You need the science pack. that lets you use the special tailor in the shops that lets you change base form and size.

Yes. You need to purchase the Science Super Booster (if you haven't already) and then visit the Cosmetic Surgeon inside Icon to maek the change.

That's right but, if I recall correctly, you must have purchased the Science Super Booster Pack in order to access this feature.

Not only can you change between the three body types, you can also change the height! (And each of these can be different for each and every costume, should you so wish)
