Lvl 50 Maelstrom Tip Mish
That sounds like an improvement. The mission was a little hard to follow before, because the Malta didn't start as enemies and Maelstrom was invisible. It could take a while to figure out what you were supposed to do.
Yeah, Malta and Koa for Eddy and Des respectively? Since when did that make any sense?
Sounds like an improvement.

GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

They really need their own arcs of how they used to be before they turned

Maelstrom's would probably need to be a flashback arc from ouroboros.

I mean with Desdemona you see her progress from villain to rogue, but somehow Maelstrom always seems to be, from Praetoria to level 50, a straight, villain.
Just one convinced he's in the right.

Yeah, he was a hero at some point in the past. Now he's all evil and licking Emperor Cole's boots.

It has the information on the GR site.

to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!
I dunno if it was part of today's patch (the patch notes make no mention of it), but I ran the "Destroy the Bomb Triggers" tip mission this morning, and it had been changed.
Maelstrom is no longer standing around with some Malta. Instead, you now run across a Vampri with a bad German accent and his guards. Once you defeat them, Maelstrom appears and comes to speak to you. After arguing over the merits of vigilantism, you fight as normal. No Malta at all (hooray!).
