Personally i bookmarked the English section of the forums. That way if i notice something odd about the game, like the servers being down, i can immediately click on the Announcements section, followed by the Community and Dev Digests, and then, if nothing has been posted anywhere in those sections, i look to more esoteric areas like Technical Issues & Bugs, Player Questions and General Discussion. The vast majority of the time i don't even need to ask before having my question answered. It's really rather amazing.
