So, Just How Rare are Respec Recipe Drops?

A chance of 1 in 10 is as random as 1 in 10000000. Perhaps they decided drops are too low and upped the probability? *hopes but realizes this is very unlikely*

Recently on one ITF, I had 3 Purple Recipes Drop. Two of the recipes were the exact same recipe.

I know some people in my global list they are playing the game for 4 years now and they didn't got any of the purple recipes in this time - since Issue 19!
