I don't think they can go back that far, but if you can give them the last exact date you played them... maybe?
I don't suppose if you might have a copy of those characters left hanging out on the Test Server? Even a stripped (of enhancements and Inf) clone of them might be better than having to re-roll.

If anything, a copy on Test might give them a date of when it was copied there. Then they might have a time period to look in the Live history for some real data to retrieve... but it's still a longshot.

Getting one restored from many years ago? That'd be truly amazing and highly unlikely.
When people who run game servers like these do backups they usually only maintain incremental backups that go back several weeks at best. They occasionally do full backups as well, but only maintain a handful of those at regular intervals (like once a month or once a quarter).
The chances they could easily get to a character like yours is very small and there's certainly no guarantee it wouldn't be corrupted or "out of date" from the way you left it by many weeks. My guess is that they'll give you a nice "sorry we can't help you" response and hope you'll accept that.

Sorry but as a few have stated above it is WAY too late to get them back. Reroll them and enjoy the process of getting to know you character again. I have recently deleted several toons in anticipation of the new issue, and since I did it on purpose not on accident (which is basically impossible) I seriously doubt that they would put the effort into getting my characters back.

Not possible.
A friend of mine left the game back in April for a while, she was gone for about 3 months. She deleted every single toon that she had before she left.
When she came back she contact support to see what they could do. They were able to restore about half of her characters, the rest unable to be restored due to corruption in the characters' files or something.
A couple of weeks or so won't be any trouble. A few weeks...maybe. A couple of months, a possibility for a few. A year? No way.

I wanted to know has anyone had an older character restored that was deleted for more than 1 year? I had several characters I deleted due to space constraints and power nerfs. This was prior to us having server transfers and the ability to purchase more slots. Now that the alpha slot is coming out I was thinking of getting these characters back since I could possibly make them alot more playable. Do you think its possible to get characters that were deleted say around issue 5?
