Is anyone else having problems with deviantArt?

Sometimes I can't fullview and the front page gets stuck. Just buggy every so often.

Mine's fine.
I'm alright on mine, except every once in a while when the bottom of the page bugs up so I can't scroll all the way down.
Because I can't fullview images, read my messages, or submit anything at all, comments or artwork (the sumbit buttons are gone).
