Its time 4 all how think that ice blasters are bad too die, i have creatid a ice blast/devices blaste and am challenge all ranged to come dual me. I will b on triumph server n Racluses victory everyday when the son is high in the sky. I welcome all challenge melee or ranged too come fight. I am not yet defeatid on triump and probably wont lose anywhere on the game servers. To long people have said that ice blast is "weaK for the nuubs" but i aM HERE to prove u wron.
If you don't believe me, try takeng a look at my buil;d perhaps, I have spent very much consuming time on this build, it is best on the game and after seaing it u all will be lOLing at how nuub every1 was too think that ice blast wasnt good anymore.

As you can see I have spent hard work fixing ths build to be good, my attacks are slotted with decimations to give me hp bonus, this allows me to have 1444 hp which for thoughs who dont no is a lot for a ranged toon, when fighting i do good because if i fight stalkers i can hit ice storm which brings them out of hide and slows them, ice is good because it has this power. If fighting ranged i can stun them with taser and then put time bomb next to them, this usually will knock ppl down which gives me time to run away and lay trip mines, then i tp foe into trip mines and these blow up doing a LOT of dmg and also knocking everyone i fihgt back. then I hit them with web nade which has lots of procs and always goes off, and i put out my gun drone, by this point ppl ar usually dead. if not i hit them with shocking bolt until they are drained then i tp foe them into trip nades aghain.
Usually when I fight melee they cant kill me cuz I have 30% def to melee/smashing also i have 54% resist to all,so usually they dont hit me and when they do they do no dmg.
For all how have said ice blast is bad, devices is bad, blasters are bad, this is tim,e to find out we are good. come to triumph and fight me, u will show u that we are not bad and myt ice blast will beat u good enough that you will roll one. When you roll one u can use my build but pls let ppl no i made the build so they dnt think u made it.
