Constant Crashing since i19 pre downloader

I had a corupt driver that caused problems. After a total uninstall and clean reinstall all was well.

I've had to revert to ATI 10.9 drivers.
Another option is to turn off water effects. After many hours trying every setting, I found that having both the television as a contact and having water effects on was causing my crashes

I have been having the same issue since i19. Specifically opening a menu with a static picture seems to lock up COH. Examples of this include the contacts list, Ourboros missions listed in the portal, the character ID screen, Costume screens, etc.
What I did to fix my issue was to go into Options -> Graphics and Audio, then turn off Ambient Occlusion by setting Advanced Occlusion Settings to Disabled. Apply the change then run /reloadgfx.
This seems to have stopped the issue for now.
I've done that and i still have the problems....i've even tried several times doing fresh reinstalls of the game.
