Why would Chuck's mom remove the intersect from Chuck and then give Eli the clue to the car containing the intersect?
I can't see them making Ellie an Intersect while she's pregnant. We don't actually know that the thing in the Mustang is an Intersect. We just know that it's the same kind of high-tech device like those seen in Orion's lair but we know Orion had devices other than the Intersect. He knew his daughter wasn't a spy. Giving her an Intersect would have just been putting her in danger. Whatever that thing is, I imagine it's intended to protect her in some fashion.
I can't see the device Mary used on Chuck being something to remove the Intersect. If his father had had something like that, he would have used it on Chuck originally when he was trying to remove the first Intersect. On the other hand it would have made perfect sense for him to have put his files into a new Intersect and Mary, knowing what Volkov intended to do, would use said Intersect on Chuck.

Yeah, I think it's going to turn out mom uploaded all those files that they destroyed into Chuck, but he's overwhelmed now. Especially given the previews for next week. My guess is Ellie's car has some kind of message from Dad, likely explaining how it all fits together.

Gotta say I enjoyed last night's Chuck. Timothy Dalton was good. It'll be interesting to see where things go from here.
