Are you below level 7? You can only roll fort recipes you can slot, and recipes don't exist below 10. That's the message it gives in the case of a lowbie trying to roll.

it happens all the time. either go to a different zone and back or log out then back in. also make sure you are above level 7.
I'm assuming we're not talking about a hero merit roll for 5 recipes yes? Because then you'd need 5 recipe slots open, obviously. ^_^
But I've run into this bug before doing ticket rolls and deleting stuff... not sure what causes it. It's just a big. Zoning fixes it, as Sharker said.

i know another reason, AE wont let you roll tickets if your sk'd (i dont remember about exemping, but i know if your sk you cannot roll tickets even if you have 0 recipes in inventory)
not last i knew. and that was just recently. it is a bug that pops up once in a while. has nothing to do with being sk'd.

then you are very unlucky. i have been able to roll while sk'd with no problems other then 3 times since AE's introduction. it is just a bug that pops up every once in a while. it has happened to me while running AE solo and not being sk'd.
Why when my recipe inventory isn't full, does the ticket vendor tell me my inventory is full when you I go for reward rolls?
