Are you trying to have animated flames?
If that's the case, then you may have to get your brute to level 30 to unlock the auras. You will get the option to have fire auras.
Your question is a bit vague, so that's the guess I'm making based on 'Living Fire' part.
This is an example of the fiery aura. The aura I selected was Fiery Eyes for my fire blaster.
The Fiery Aura options are Head, Eyes, Hair, Fists, Body, Fists & Hair, Fists & Eyes, and Fists & Head.

Dmitri Krylov's arc has a creature that might fit your bill. He' basically a charred-looking black humanoid with Fire shields and Fire Aura.
If you have Going Rogue Complete Collecttion, the Omega Auras are rather fiery in appearance too. In fact, I like them better than classic Fire Aura, And they're available at level 1!

I came up with this, it uses the up coming Bio Plasma body and eyes Aura.

The Origins Pack has a beautiful Bio-Plasma Aura that beats the heck out of the existing Fire Auras. Also the Pack lets you have it right at Character Creation!
