Sonic/Rad IO selection
Overall, your build looks fine to me. As long as you have fun with it, that's all that matters. I plan to build a sonic/rad myself when I get back to the states.
I myself don't have very much experience with sonic. I do have some experience with rad however and I would suggest trying to fit in Choking Cloud. One moment, baddies are attacking you. The next, they are held and gasping for breath. This power does tend to be an end hog though so you want to make sure you can slot it up. Also, I hear the Lockdown proc works great in this power. Just some food for thought.
Anyone else have any ideas/suggestions?
This looks ok, but I can't see any particular goal you are trying to reach with this build, nor what's your budget (since some of the sets you have range from dirt cheap to fairly pricey). Are you just trying to frankenslot with some decent +recharge? Also your IOs are set at lvl 30 for what looks to be an end build.
Some other points:
Think about getting a -kb prot IO, even if you have hover.
I would pick up your patron shield, I would dare say it'd do you more good than OG if you need a power to swap it out for.
Max out Soul Drain's rech.
I think some teammates are going to give you some funny looks if you have fallout but not mutation.

I am having a lot of fun with sonic/rad. It plays very well for me because I don't feel like I'm constantly repeating the same routine being able to heal and shoot. I've heard it a lot and it's true; sonic rad is the AV/GM killer. Keep the debuffs going and just watch that health bar drop with the quickness!
I am mostly frankenslotting. Budget isn't really an issue for me, though I haven't given purples any attention. I'm new and still a little overwhelmed by all the enhancement options. 100-200 million per week is standard depending on how much effort I put into it, which is never a lot. Even then, if I don't have any pressing need to buy something, then I won't even bother. I earn as I need via the consignment house.
As far as fallout vs. mutation, I was guessing. I've never experienced either power and I wasn't sure what I wanted for the last slot so I decided I'd go with a rez. Fallout sounded cool. Didn't put much more thought into it than that as I wasn't really sure what would be better. Haven't heard much about either power being especially great, but if mutation is more popular I'll go with that. That last slot really doesn't matter much to me.
That pretty much goes for all of my powers in the 40s. I only have one 50, a tanker, and I didn't have room for epic powers so for this girl I was totally guessing 41+ because I felt like I had the most vital parts already selected.
I'll look into -kb. Should be easy to swap in somewhere.
I picked 30 mostly because after 30 not only do things get more expensive but you get pretty terrible bang for your buck. The non set IOs I will upgrade every 10 levels up to 45 anyway, because they are so cheap and I will probably upgrade some of the cheaper set pieces as well to squeeze in a bit more.
Thanks for the input! It's much appreciated!
Paying for lvl 50 IOs shouldn't be a problem from what you've told me of your income, though if you are put off by the lvl 50 prices I would suggest looking around the market for lvl 49 versions of the recipes you want, as they are half the price of lvl 50 ones with only a marginal reduction in performance.
Mutation is one of the better team rez powers, though of course how frequently you'll find yourself using that will depend on how you play the game. If you are thinking of using this char for TF/SF runs then I would highly recommend you pick this up.
Anyway I'm glad you found this useful, have fun playing your corr.

If you're hovering, I strongly suggest you shoot for softcapped ranged defense.
I also suggest dropping Dreadful Wail and picking up Siren's Song. Dreadful Wail will crash your endurance, which will both ground you when Hover shuts off, and will drop any debuff toggles you may have active.
If you're going to take Shout, 6 slot it with Thunderstrike, just like your first two ST attacks.
Pull the 3 Essence of Curare out of EM Pulse and put the other 3 Lockdown in there.
You can pull the Accuracy IO out of Howl, leaving just the 5 Posi's Blasts. You're getting enough global accuracy bonuses from sets that you don't need that extra IO at all.
You can put 3 Eradication in Soul Drain, I suggest the Acc/Rech, Dam/Rech, and Acc/Dam/Rech. That will give you a similar amount of accuracy (which doesn't matter because of all the set bonuses you have), and more recharge than you have slotted now. Also gives you a little more ranged defense.
This may or may not be useful to you. I play my Rad/Sonic defender (plays almost identically) at range, and he rocks, so I figured advice to do what I did wouldn't hurt.

One thing I'd add is that Lingering Radiation doesn't currently appear to be debuffing run speed. I've tested this in-game a few times over the last week, and it pans out--I hit some -4 Family, Council troops, and Scrapyarders with it, and none of them were slowed down, when my slotting should have been flooring their run speed. So, the slow enhancements from Pacing of the Turtle won't have any effect that I know of. The power's been broken for almost three months now at least, so it might be worth holding off from slotting any slows in it.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
This is my build for my Sonic/Rad corruptor. I really enjoy her so far but I wonder if anybody might have suggestions for how I might better choose my IOs. I'm new to this and while I don't think I have bad build, I'm not sure if it could be better focused in some way.
Any and all input is welcome.
