Announcing Brutal Monday's

Well, thanks to the last few nights of my 7pm-7am work shift consisting of working by myself, with nothing to do but look out the window of the work trailer at equipment waiting to be demobilized from an oil spill clean-up, basically doing nothing, I have Johnny Wildfire up to level 12. Woot! Shooting for at least qualifying for a Cap run on Monday.

I am really looking forward to this. As much as I like TT's and they have made me enjoy and appreciate the AT, Brutes are by far my favorite and most common AT. Me likey red side =]

Any plans for a Champs version? I did move Mr. Brownstone (50 stone/fire) there a while back plus made 2(3?) more and if anyone wants to do a Triumph run I still got at least 5 Brutes there after moving Brownstone and Pimpy to make room for new stuff.

I know another server had tried to get a Brute day going about a year ago. I'm not really sure, but I think it was short lived and may have been on Champion ... Atm, I don't plan on touring with Brutal Mondays (TTs seem to take up enough of my time ), but if you want to try and get one going on another server, go for it (I'll help out if I can).

I have an Elec/Dark Brute I could bring for this, and another in Praetoria. If I can get my Praetorian out by this Monday, I'll bring her, as I'm kind of addicted to Kinetic Melee.

I am on a generic IOed DM/FA... So I will gladly let ya'll fight over who gets the take the alpha strike. =D

I'm trying to level my BA/SD (Daughter of Montu) to 28 so that I can use Grant Cover, but I probably won't get past 25 by tonight.

Looks like I might be working late today so I'm uncertain if I'll be able to attend. Have a fun one.

We had a great turnout last night for our first Brutal Monday! We were able to field three teams, one Blue side missions team, one Red side missions team, and the team I was on ended up running the Virgil Tarikoss
Strike Force (my first Strike Force) which we completed, in 1:11 mins.

I'd like to thank everyone who showed up, you got some temp titles to prove you were there, and give a special thanks to everyone that stepped up and lead teams for us.

Our Next Brutal Monday will be December 6th, and we'll look to getting some TFs and SFs set to run. Please remember that TF/SF of the event are subject to turnout.

It was a drag you couldn't make it Rangle, but hopefully we'll see you next month.

I had a great time, but I can tell I'll probably need to make some adjustments to make it easier work with teams like that (I'm used to soloing). I had trouble prioritizing targets and getting to them before they turned into red mist.

Really bummed I missed this. I somehow managed to come down with some sort of nasty stomach virus and came home from a 9 hour safety training class with a 102 fever...needless to say I missed the second day of class today.

Glad to see it went well and hope to see ya all next time.

Agreed, I found that ememies vanished quickly on an all Brute team, not that that's a bad thing....
