New weekly PvP nights

I think this week I will bring something not a level 21.

November 20th at 8 eastern I will be holding a 1v1 tournment. It will be double elimination, meaning after you lose your 2nd round you will be eliminated from the tournment. This will be no heal decay, no travel suppression, Tier 1 insps only, no temp powers.

Prizes I am still determining from how many donations I get, but so far I got....

1st place: 1billion + some random pvp io's
2nd place:500mil
Everyone else gets 50mil for joining.

So far I seem to be averaging 2 accidantal kills per Saturday. Thats not bad.

Coming to this next week.. when I read "Kickball" in the MotD, I assumed it meant running into each other with repel powers. Entertaining for like 2 minutes, that's about it.

SO it is the PvP tournament tommorow and I was curious how it is going to work.

Is it 1 loss and your out or is there more too it then that?

Double elimination means you can lose 2 times before you're out

I am throwing in a PvP io in addition to the second place money and i'll do a 3rd place of 250 mil and a PvP io.

Tournament was great fun, ended up doing a lot better than I thought I would. Thanks again to Sid for putting all of it together and Philly for helping out with prizes and all.

Went to watch a few duels and was fun to see a packed pocket d.

So who won? Also was really nice to see so many in Pocket D.
