The six Day Job badges that heroes are now able to get redside are listed here in Paragonwiki.
I haven't heard or seen any problems with them working on heroes-turned-villain but there could be some issue with whether you are just a vigilante or a full villain/rogue. There might be some problem with that. You can get badge credit as a vigilante but you might have to go full villain/rogue to have the badge trigger. Not sure really because all my hero badgers have gone full villain/rogue. *shrugs*

For a Hero turned villain, you have:
- Crey Test Subject (equivalent to Crey Employee)
- Cannon Fodder (equivalent to Arachnos Agent)
- Arachnos Traitor (equivalent to Arachnos Official)
- Professional Liar (equivalent to Demagogue)
- Gunrunner (equivalent to Smuggler)
- Grounder (equivalent to Pilot)
For a Villain turned hero, you have:
- Ousted Official (equivalent to City Official)
- Dirty Cop (equivalent to Law Enforcer)
- Dimensional Plunderer (equivalent to Dimensional Explorer)
- Wage Slave (equivalent to Intern)
- Price Gouger (equivalent to Shop Keeper)
- Fare Jumper (equivalent to Commuter)
Any others are common and do not need to be collected.

Thank you Saint, you understood my question and answered. I'm pretty sure most all of my issues have been with Vig/Rogue. I think I'll just get all the necessary badge credit and then make the switch.
Global = Hedgefund (or some derivation thereof)
As soon as you go full villain or full hero, the filled up Day Jobs will be awarded.
