Yes, you can continue to do vigilante tips - but not if you're in the Rogue Isles.
You can also do another vigilante morality mission and gain reward merits for it.

Why is it I sometimes get 30 merits for reaffirming my Vigilante/Rogue status and other times I get 60 merits.

50 Reward Merits for the first time you do a Villain or Hero Morality mission, 30 for Rogue or Vigilante. Reaffirming Hero/Villain gets you an A-Merit, reaffirming Vigilante/Rogue gets you 60 Reward Merits.
If you change alignments, the count starts all over. Reaffirming only counts if you are already the alignment you are doing a morality mission for.
That is a large signature.

The 60 merits are nice because you can always trade them(plus a hunk of cash) for A merits.
And yes, that is quite a large sig. I actually think it might break the limit.
My favorite Alignment in CoX. I wish they create stories for Vigilante missions in the Rogue Isles and for Rogues in Paragon City. I am looking for a Vigilante SG too, i hope we play in the same server.

So when you are a full vigilante can you still do vigilante style tips? Because I enjoy the vigilante missions and it would suck to lose the opportunity to do them.
