Perhaps someone will come along and check my math.
That is correct, I'll also add in the fact that the maximum recharge (including both the enhancements in the power and global bonuses) is 400%.

Actually, that's not what he said.
It has exactly the same amount of recharge you have now, without destroying your attacks to do it. Hasten is also perma, with that amount of recharge.
Your build (and Arbegla's) has 112.5% and hasten adds 70% more => 182.5.

I count hasten because it's perma-hasten

And to reinforce the larger point, the most +recharge you're allowed to have, period, regardless of source, is +400%. So not only is 330% outside what you're ever going to get solo, even at the max you're allowed you won't get to the recharge you're targeting.

If you're interested in the most healing per time you can get, you're back to needing to frankenslot Siphon Life and get it back in your attack chain.

Struggle through? You are aware that if you just went for soft capping your lethal/smash defense you wouldn't have any use for having to struggle through with anything. What damage does get through your defenses will be soaked up by your resistance, and then dull pain, on a normal cool down, will cover up the rest.

But you don't want to listen to that, you want to try this concept build of yours and then fail terribly at me. By all means, play what you want, but don't complain when things don't work out the way you want it to.

I am noticing a severe lack of Shadow Punch with procs in this thread.

Shadow Punch with procs fell out of favor some time back, with the advent of "Arcanatime" (or rather, with the advent of people's understanding of it, thanks to Arcanaville, for whom it is named). Because of the cast time adjustment predicted by Arcanatime, the DPA for Shadow Punch is actually worse than originally thought, even with procs. As such, modern builds worried about optimal attack chains normally skip it.

Ahh, well, the more you know.

Since he won't listen to anyone's advice... I don't feel bad saying this/not contributing in a positive manner.

That is one of the worst builds I've seen in a long time. I normally wouldn't care, but he's been complaining about the price of shinies and yet he's 6 slotting 5 sets of purples in a sub par build.

B_C, do you primarily solo on this character or mainly team?

When you do team do you take the role of main tank or support?

If you do mainly team, and are main tank most of the time how successful are you in completing the missions/SF/TFs, and how often do you faceplant?

I only ask because, from the look of your build as a team setup, I feel you are not only hampering yourself but the rest of the team as well. IMO you are going to find it very difficult (if not impossible) taking on the last mission in an LRSF/STF and succeeding as main tank - and you can probably forget going for any of the "Master of" Badges (you did mention this character was your main badger).

just some food for thought there.

I already tanked the LRSF with this build. Thanks for your concern. Got a big thank you from the team, especially for the time I held POSI off for 2 minutes while the team piled onto another Hero.

Again, I am not saying this is the best Dark/Invul Brute that ever walked outta Grandville. I am saying I am having fun on it, and really am enjoying playing it.

And again, thank you for your concerns, when going for the 'Master of" badges i will be working with an excellent team, and either have a tank, or have buffers. That is the traditional way of doing these things after all.
