There is nothing wrong with that... Day, Harris, Fillion are just generic last names... good grief, hehe...
And...

It is a tried and true classic comicbook tradition to throw tributes, gags, references in the background where ever possible without ruining anything.

Still frustrated that people aren't looking closely enough. Oh well, once I get a high enough hero, I'll do it myself.

Anyway, nice catch on the Harris, Day, and Fillion.
