That is great!
There is nothing wrong with that... Day, Harris, Fillion are just generic last names... good grief, hehe...
And...
It is a tried and true classic comicbook tradition to throw tributes, gags, references in the background where ever possible without ruining anything.
This is a perfect example... Well played, Positron!! 
What we need is a Stan and Kirby... but, unfortunately, that might be difficult, all things considered.

Still frustrated that people aren't looking closely enough. Oh well, once I get a high enough hero, I'll do it myself.
