I was debating waiting until Sunday to post this but I couldn't stop myself. I just loved the piece too much to not share ASAP.



The plan is to have Goblin Queen and her minions up to no good on just about every strongly thematic holiday. This is the second installment of that plan. Definitely need to view the larger version to see all the details such as the wording on the crate. The premise for this holiday was to have Goblin Queen out on the hunt for the ultimate Lucky Rabbit's Foot. What better to use than THE Easter Bunny? The scene illustrates the chaos she and her goblins cause when they ambush Easter Sunday. I think it came out perfect. Avionetca was a pleasure to work with as always and took the details out of the wall of text I sent her and put life to them. She was also very receptive to feedback and edit requests. Can't say enough good things about her!

I was finally able to catch Suppa-Rider before he closed down one of his commission runs. Aglow and High Score just gobble up his available slots each time it seems. LOL I certainly know why, he's extremely talented.



I really like the softness of his version of Goblin Queen. Sultry! The coloring is awesome too. It's something I've always been impressed with in all of the many, many versions of Aglow and High Score I've seen. I think I'm going to get on that train and get a few more of Goblin Queen from him some day.

Hey all! It's been a while since I've posted because finances are bad and I stopped doing commissions. However, I do have three new pieces to show. One was an old commission that was completed recently (which I had forgotten about so it seems free!) and then the other two are freebies.

I will be doing a commission for the 4th of July because of my goal to get major holiday pieces for Goblin Queen this year.

Here is the first one. Many, many moons ago I had done a very cheap (cost wise) commission for Goblin Queen from GravijaSunrise. It took a long while to get it and when I did, there were a few things that needed adjustment. The artist was fine in making the changes but that's when I lost contact and forgot about them since it took even longer for those changes to be completed. In truth, I thought they were just not going to do them so I wrote it off as a loss. Much to my surprise, much later, we have the adjusted Goblin Queen.



The things I enjoy about this are the expression and the details of the armor. She looks much younger here and a bit petulant! I like it!

Here is the first of the free pieces. I found Naldridge through the Battle Artists challenge for Killer Croc. I really wasn't expecting such great work when I signed up for Naldridge's temporary free request thread. I think he's charging now but the prices are very reasonable!



I love the vibrant colors and the details in general. The face is very different than other takes on GQ and I like it as a variation of the norm. Seems more elvish to me this time around due to the length of the face. Very cool!

Matthew made this piece based off of the old Janet Jackson Rolling Stones cover. I wish I had thought of doing that, it's a perfect fit for GQ! I really like what he did here, so much in fact, I'm definitely going to have to have it colored.

Happy Independence Day! Here is my next installation in the Goblin Queen Holidays from Avionetca!



In this scene I twisted Independence Day to be the Unseelie Court rising up against the Seelie Court in what is normally their time of the year. Goblins capture and torture various Seelie folk - playing horseshoes on a gnome, using pixies as fireworks and of course having a cookout with tasty brownies and faeries. Unfortunately a couple aspects are missing in this piece but ultimately it came out very well in the end!
