What is BackAlleyBrawler's twitter?

I thought it was @cohbabs but says page doesn't exist.

Actually, is he even still around? His profile location says retired, but that could mean off to bed.

I think the pressure from GR finally made him snap.

Though his recent activity was this morning. Maybe his posting privliges were revoked.

I think it far more likely that Paragon has a "post if you want to" policy in place and BAB chose to close off communication of his own accord.

Translation: "I am sick and tired of dealing with players and their damned animation requests."

Well that and some posters would make a habit out of twisting his words and spreading rumors based off his posts. Still, he had a humor and wit that is lacking with his abscence.

I could be wrong, but I think the "retired" thing means from 'hero-ing' (a la BAB standing in Galaxy training people). I remember just before he closed down his twitter account, he'd announced that all of his attention was going into GOING ROGUE, and same went for him accepting PMs on here.

And this after he'd established something of a reputation for being known for answering players' PMs and questions and comments and whatnot (unlike some of the others who are less likely to answer). It probably just came down to: he could answer people, or he could get work done.

But yeah, I miss BAB.

BaB's actually had a post more recent than April.

It involved describing the most difficult power-set he could imagine, involving two-handed staff weapons, and winged octopus pets riding horses.

And no, I'm not BaB's secretly posting as Sai. No matter how often that rumor gets repeated.

i always assumed it was him just being very busy, and the way that people were often rude to him. I know he had this unreasonable expectation that people treat him as a human with dignity and feelings, and that don't fly on the internet. also, with the speculation raised by castle's what "power alternate animation" thread it is possible that he nelson and crew are very busy now. it is a shame, becasue i recall that he and castle were pretty good at tamping down fires, such as the rockjaw incident, so a layer of communication that was treasured was lost, but hey, at least noble savage is a chatty cathy, we haven't broken his will to live...yet.
