Finished my MA/SR buiild, please take a look and offer suggestions
I found that I got much more use out of the Medicine pool for those hits that manage to hit rather than the Fighting pool for MA/SR.
Also, although Air Superiority is a good power (I slot it with 2 Acc for KDs), you have a couple of other very nice powers that you're missing--Crippling Axe Kick and (the new) Cobra Strike. CS in particular is nice, as it does as much damage now as Crane Kick, but has a 75% chance for stun.
Please try my arcs:
Arc# 63910 "Why Do Bad Girls Like Bad Boys?" (length=Long, levels 40+)
Arc# 401500 "How to Be a Successful Professional Criminal" (length=Very Long, levels 1-10)
I'm going to guess Crane Kick can currently hit a target across an outdoor map... I APPROVE!

If im honest man your way of the mark with this build ...
If your going to IO and /SR toon you have to hit the defence soft cap or its a waste of time. (trust me find the post on the forum ... type city of heroes softcap into google) and you will find out why the 45% def on melee,range,AoE is a MUST!!!
you not far tbh but its the last 5% from 40%-45% that turns you from decent to GOD
My toon has concept of super speed but is dosnt effect you fly version because i didnt slot it ...
This is my current build on my 50 MA/SR Sam Swift (Union)
I achieve perma Practiced brawler and the soft defence cap of 45% with just 4 toggles ... Focused fighting, senses, evasion and Weave
i also slotted fairly heavily for +recov as MA/SR is end heavy toon.
Once again i strongly recomend you research the softcap before spending money on your toon!
