How is this Fire/Fire build looking
I have tweaked some of your slots to avoid breaking hte rule of 5 on sets and actually ended up with slightly higher +recharge. You had several things over slotted, so I changed those. It looks like your goal was recharge, so I focused on that. I think you will be highly dependent on Healing Flames with this build, but it is up very quick and hasten only has a 5 sec downtime.

Ah ok, somebody else made the build for me so I'm not quite sure what the main goal was. One thing that concerned me was the 0% knockback protection, isn't that a must have?
Yes, but if you look in mine I have added it to Temp Protection.

So basically overall is this a good farm build now?
I would say if you are facing mobs that do fire damage it is great. Those that do other damage types could cause some problems. You could farm with it since the AoE damage output would be very good, but you are still pretty squishy and your primary doesn't provide any mitigation. If I was going to farm with it I would take him blue side and get the demon farm.

What, specifically, is the "demon farm"? Is it a particular mission?
You could change the focus of the build, but that much recharge sure makes things die really fast. I think if you pay close attention to your health bar and use healing flames a lot iy will work ok. You will never bo the best farmer, but it should work.
The Demon farm is a mission given by Harvey Maylor about halfway through his story arc. It is outdoors and has all Praetorian Demons who do primarily fire damage.

It always amuses me when people spend millions upon millions on a farm build.
My farmer is a fire melee/stone armor brute. He uses SOs. A quick respec at I18 got me Fire Mastery. Fire Sword Circle followed by Fireball with my damage aura running = Everything not a lt is dead. The lts die to an incinerate or cremate or greater fire sword if I'm feeling frisky and on to the next spawn I go. Granite means anything without psychic damage has no chance to even hurt me.
Total cost of build? Probably 10 to 15 million. One set of Obliteration is a lot more money than I spent on my entire build. Total money made by drops and salvage? A few billion. Will the billion inf farmer farm faster? Yes... but if someone can make that much inf in the first place why would they need a farmer?
Weight training: Because you'll never hear someone lament "If only I were weaker, I could have saved them."
I dont understand people's fascination with purpling everything out, its ludicrously expensive and you kill your def/res for the sake of recharge, what are you a blaster? That build will cost billions and all you have is 150% recharge and an 8% def? 8%? Are you kidding? You will die so fast its not funny. Dont give me , Oh I kill so fast I will not get hit thats crap. I have 2 level 50 tanks and 2 level 50 Brutes and I can tell you alpha strike will blow you up in 1 second with those type of builds.
If you want something more practical and can survive alpha strike try this , it can also tank very well ( because I actually built taunt into it too ). Sure it only has 100% recharge but if you look at things like Burn and healing flames there is only a .50 sec to 1 second difference in cycle times and you gain things like 35% Melee Def. Not to mention even with Oblits it still cost 1/4 of a purpled out AE farming thingy.....

I agree that using purples is very expensive. I don't agree with your assessment that defense is required. I run an Elec/Fire Brute at +2/x8 very successfully and don't have any defense on him at all. What I have is lots of recharge and +HP. There are a couple of enemy groups that give me problems, but when you are farming you go for the groups that fit your build the best. That is why I suggested the demon farm for his Fire/Fire build. He could run that on as high a difficulty setting as he wanted and never have to worry about anything.
Ok thanks for posting the build. Not sure which one is best but one thing I will say is that I don't think that I need taunt. This is a solo farming toon, when I want to tank I have a tank that can do that just great.
And there is a 26 sec down time to hasten
