City Info Tracker, its a bit behind right now because of some behind the scenes stuff happening, but should be up to date in due time.

I use both but yeah, CiT is behind updating. BH is pretty good, though some badges with the same name have problems. Also missing the Patron Badges.

I use badgehunter, never had any issues with it other than never being able to get hero stats to actually verify my badges, but thats not really a big deal for me.
I also use Badge-Hunter. The only issue I have is that the super group badges have to be hand selected.
