So what do most people slot it with, using SOs or common IOs? Is it worth slotting the heal at all? I was thinking of two acc, two end mod, two heal...?

Focus on Acc and End Mod. Those are the two most important. Conductive Aura is a big part of Electrics Control, via sapping. The +regen is pretty meh.

Eventually, just 6 slot with Efficiency Adapters.

Hell it saps pretty well just on accuracy - I assume the end mod also helps my recovery, but is it noticeable?

Saps doubly good on End mod... especially against higher level foes and AVs. You'd be a fool to not slot end mod in it :P. And yes... the recov is noticable as long as you are in ran.......zzzzzzzzz *falls asleep on keyboard*

If you are going for global recharge and if you have the slots, you could 6-slot it and put in the full Efficacy set for the 5% global recharge bonus.

A good second option is to only have 3 slots in it. Run with 1 acc and 2 endmod (generic IOs) and then eventually by level 47+ you can put in an Efficacy Acc/EndMod, a Performance Shifter Acc/EndMod, and any other EndMod of your choice. That gives good accuracy and 92% or so endmod (for drain and recovery).

Another consideration to play around with:

Energy Manipulator: chance to stun

I had one drop and slotted it for fun in the mid-late teens. I'm seeing it proc. Haven't decided if it is worth it with all the sleep and hold flying around long term... more than likely pull it at later levels as I decide on final slotting.

Beyond that, I agree, accuracy and end mod with commons. Set slot to taste

Interesting, I was worried about that proc. iven that both the aura and the sleep patch have effects which affect enemies and affect you who exactly will be hit by the stun proc?

I'd probably aim to stick in in one of the two Chains instead personally (or both of them)

I baught the Energy Manipulator Stun Proc at lvl 10 and have had it slotted since.

Its never saved my hide. Yeah its fired off, but ultimately, the slot is served better elsewhere i think.

My slotting is going to be frankenslotting with EndMod/Acc and EndMod/Acc/Recharge each from 2 sets., currently i'm endmod/acc x 2 and endmod/acc/rech and the stun proc.

Why endmod/acc/rech instead of a single endmod and a single acc? The recharge isn't needed really, or is it for the set bonus'?

So far ive played up to lv22 and slotting it 2acc/3endmod works more often than not, but you would be surprised how often you get "lighty" stunned/slept/held enough to make it drop.

When that happens and things get enough end to start attacking en-mass, it goes bad for you more often than i like, so having some +rech doesn't hurt at all.

at this time hasten is enough for me but i most likely will put some frankensloted +rech in there at some point.

I bought the +stun one and on teams where there is a lot of aoe it can be nice. I say this because I've seen it happen on some of the enemies. And its just awsome
