What kind of roleplaying are you interested in? What kind of characters do you have? Do you have a particular theme you're looking for, or would like to see?
There's plenty of RP SGs in all shapes and sizes. Emperor Justin is correct... you first want to sit down and think of what kind of RP SG would be right for you. Do you like to do some forum RP mixed in with IG RP? Are you looking for a small or large group? Heavily themed or open to most sorts? Answering these sorts of questions will help you narrow things down.
Once you do, I'd recommend taking a look at the current Virtue Super Group Directory. There's also a Villain Group Directory if that's more to your style (it's not, though! :P).

Lots of RP SGs out there, the secret is finding one that fits your style, and with some of them possibly the theme of your toon.
Some are more light RP, missions others. Others have actualy base RP. Some may have RP but no consequences others might want to go for consequences. Some will put RP over leveling/actually doing missions.
If you have a certain concept in mind, people may be able to point you in certain directions.
