If for example I say "You're an idiot if you think that x is the case, because y" That is not a fallacy. If on the other hand I say "You're an idiot." and make no argument that is pertinent to the discussion then you have a fallacy.
It seemed very odd to me that the AK was either jamming constantly, or they just had no idea how they operate.
