Shadow Shard September

Well, since Vauluur could not make it, and myself and Dash did, I went ahead and tried to put together the Sara Moore run. After about 30-45 minutes of no interest, some folks finally joined up and at around 9:10 we were able to get started.

We ran the TF in 2:55. Exceptional work by the team and a good time was had by all. Thanks to Dash for sticking around and the rest of the squad that joined up this morning.

Big thanks to Armeros for taking the reins and putting together our pick-up group, and big thanks to those who answered the call.

Dash Action Figure managed to ding 43, and finished the TF a few bubs past that point. Now I just need to get him up to 44 so he'll be able to do the 3rd Shard TF.

@Ampithere: if you make plans to run the 2nd TF, I'd like to sign up my other toy alt -- Dash Action Figure' (lv.42 shield/axe tanker).

Apologies to all who were counting on me to show up, my internet has been giving me problems. Until today, I couldn't even get online at all to post on the forums. As a result, I'll have to postpone my participation in any of these until I can be sure that I'll be able to show up.

I will be unable to run these in the next two weeks myself unless it is a early run on Sunday (8AM/9AM) for Justin (which is a pain in the butt TF), I will be unable to run a TF proper until October 10th as this weekend is the final packing push, and next weekend is the soft move-in and the movers come to get the furniture on Monday the 4th. At the same time, I will have DirecTV and Comcast coming to set up the dish and cable internet as well. So, it will be a mob of folks running around setting things up.

So, Dash if you can get your toon up to 44 for the next TF by Sunday AM TF or if you need it on another toon, I will take a couple of hours off on my Sunday AM to do this run and the Faathim run would be on October 10th in the AM.

Guess we can call it "One-Eye October" or something like that....

For those who do sign up, please try to make it on time. I don't usually ask this of any TF (especially since it is an early AM signup), but since I am on a pretty tight schedule now for the move, the sooner we get started, the sooner we can finish and I can get back to packing hell.

EST would be the time zone, Dash. Did not note that, I will edit the post in a moment. I'll keep you in (unless the time still does not work for you). Hopefully, we can get 8 again and not have a 30-45 begging fest on the channels for folks to run the TF.

This is a short one, and a pain for all the kill (x amount) on the maps, but hey...what's another Justin run. I lost count on how many Faathim runs I have done....

Thanks again for those who came along for these. Once I get my house in order and everything running properly, I will try to get a weekly Shard TF going for those who are in need of the badges.

Thanks to setting up Arm and to the rest of the team.

I just wish the Devs would let us use the base of team leaders. Doing this as a Rogue with the travel problems really does detract from the enjoyment of it.

I concur, Capa.

Hopefully, they will make an adjustment for this sooner rather than later.

My base is pretty lean to be honest, so it would not have been so good, at least when I was leading (for 2 minutes after I started the TF, before the first of several disconnects). I have 4 TP locations (Eden, Dark Astoria, Boomtown and something else...)

Well, other than that...good times were had.

Hopefully in the next week or two, I will start the weekly run for all to enjoy!
