ipod touch quick sketches

I bought a new sketchbook app for my ipod touch. While I was bored at work I decided to do a couple drawings. I didn't think they came out bad for having to use my finger to sketch on a little screen. Let me know what you think and thank you!

The first is of my hero the PEACEMAKER.


The second is Comrade Hero. I felt a little inspired by the character and wanted to try my hand at someone else's character.

That's pretty cool, especially since it was quick and you had to use your fingers as the brushes. Jim Lee did something like this too when he got his first iPad.

That's pretty good! I'll like to see more of these.

Well I'm more impressed considering it's on an iPod TOUCH! WOW!

Thanks everyone. Bayani - I got the idea from Jim Lee's ipad paintings, wish I could use sketchbook as well as him. QuarriosSoul - I am definately going to be doing some more of these and am hoping to try some full body shots of some characters which is difficult on a small screen. Maybe one day I will upgrade to the ipad. Powerstream - thanks for your comments.

Lord Goat - You can purchase an app called sketchbook for like $2. I know there are other apps but this one is my favorite.

Lord Chillz - I like Bayani's costume with the jacket. I tried to draw it that way but I just couldn't get the jacket to look right so I had to scrap it. I wish I had a stylus or something to use on these, it would make them so much easier.

Those are so cool. I think I could manage stick figures on my Itouch.

Here is my main villain from my mission architect story (a work in progress). He hates people with special abilities and superpowers because of a tragic accident that caused the death of his wife and daughter. His hatred of superheroes motivates him to hunt superheroes and collect their capes as souvenirs earning him the code name Cape. His time in prison has shown him the error of his ways and he joins his rivals the Peacemakers for a shot at redemption.

Anyway, enough back story. here is another ipod touch sketch that I did touch up with photoshop of my character Cape. The gold and black is Cape's villain uniform and the blue and black is his Peacemaker uniform.
