Targetting and damaging your team mates in GR
Our team had the same issue in yesterday in a mission about rescuing 3 soldiers (BFA or BAF?) and then releasing 35 prisoners.
The loyalists and rebels were able to buff/heal those of the same "persuasion" but target, hold and damage the team members form the other faction. It made for a very strange experience and long mission.
We got there in the end but not something you would want to do too often.
Only seen this once in 57 levels in the new zones.
I seem to remember seeing something like this in Beta, but since I didn't see it again I assumed it was fixed. Will be keeping an eye on this.

I'd suggest bugging it on the spot and those reading this thread DO NOT attempt to replicate it in any way. A while back PVP confuse would some how carry over to Atlas Park. A bunch of us were just relaxing under the Atlas statue were chained confused to the point that it turned into a mess and and everyone could target allies. The admins did a global ban to everyone who was confused even if you only attacked someone accidentally. It was pretty messed up and many innocent players got marks on accounts because of an admin's poor judgment and laziness to investigate the issue. I later found out that a griefer did this on purpose and gladly that person's account was fully banned.
So if you discover that you can harm another player in a NON-PVP zone. STOP IMMEDIATELY. BUG. Wait for a GM.

We all bugged it but in-game GM responses are pitiful at the moment. This happened on Sunday early morning Eastern time. I have received a standard "if we can replicate it, we will put it on a list to be fixed" email yesterday (Tuesday) about 6pm Eastern.*
The guys who lost the MoKhan due to this never got a response, another team who had a mission on a Sister Psyche TF in Praetoria, got an email response after two days (they had to restart and the bug was on the penultimate mission).
What I listed above; was the initial observations NOT deliberate attempts to PK. (1000 cuts gives a lot of numbers above a group; pretty tough to spot one of them was a team mate until you watch for it.
Once we had realized there was a real problem and bugged it, we had two choices: reform and risk it happening again or keep going while trying to minimize the damage. We chose to /bug it and keep going and minimize damage. Controller didn't summon pets until the reactor (which fortunately was not bugged) and I stayed on the edge to avoid AoEing the scrapper or tickling the tank. Luckily we all knew each other and it was a small team. If it was a larger team or with people I didn't know, I'd probably have quit because of the griefing possibility.
I will say I made this report via PM first, I didn't want to post something with this sort of grief potential on the boards. However that PM still hasn't been read (maybe I sent it to the wrong Dev) hence the post because this is big enough to need an urgent fix.

Yep, I've seen this bug three times in Praetoria so far just taking one character 1-20 with a group of friends. We had 2 loyalists & 6 resistance on the team.
I'd call this a pretty serious bug.

I have heard several reports of team mates killing/mezzing each other in Praetoria, a Master Khan ended when one member was identified as hostile and was then kicked from the team by the game and I finally experienced the joy of this myself yesterday.
Server:
* Guardian
Mission:
* Terra Volta 3rd Respec Trial
Team:
* Stalker (me)
* Scrapper (leader)
* Controller
* Tank
First door mission scrapper seemed to be taking a LOT of damage. Didn't think anything of it; the tank was afk so *shrug* maybe a squishy scrapper.
I wondered by everyone seemed to have me identified (you know the way you can see someone is focused on you when you focus on them). Later in this mission I wondered why I could see that because I using my standard MO of Caps Lock as Target Nearest Enemy.
Then I realized: if no mob was near to me, the game was targeting my team mates as an enemy.
Watching closely:
* my AoEs hit and damaged the mobs and my team mates
* the controllers pets were attacking me
* the tank successfully hit me
* I was able to target the tank for assassin strike (I noticed and pulled off before landing it).
Next mission was fine and target nearest enemy targetted mobs and I could not target team mates for attacks. Then again in a later mission, I could target and damage team mates. Then it cleared up again.
This is an intermittent bug which I did bug at the time, but it is worth noting for two reasons:
* griefing
* danger to squishies especially on Mo runs
We were lucky, apart from the scrapper getting the worse of my def debuff and AoEs in mission one, none of us killed one another or did huge amounts of damage.
But please fix this, this is a MAJOR problem. If this is WAI, then I'd like to know you were instigating random PvP because PvP isn't how I roll. (Yes, my main is a stalker and I don't PvP, thank you.
I've ran a LOT of MoLGs and not had this problem so it's appeared with GR.
