Thought Cosmetic Surgeons could change sex?

I'm at the tailor in Steel Canyon talking to the cosmetic surgeon and I can't find the option to change from male to female. A server switch necessitated a more feminine name and I'd rather have the look to go with it.

Do you have the science booster? I believe that it is required in order to change body types at the tailers.

Try trina in Pocket D to see if you change there, and see if problem is with your account not being flagged to change (then log a support ticket) or if the steel canyon cosmetic tailor is the problem (then /bug it)

Trina is in the Tiki Lounge. Either go through the doors on the villain side or use your Pocket D Teleporter. Once you're inside the lounge, she's upstairs.

Keep in mind, you only have access to the Tiki Room if you have the Good Versus Evil edition of the game or the GvE item pack.

Couple things. I see you mentioned the surgeon, that's good. Only one person at each location is a surgeon and only the surgeon can change your sex.

Two, there is no "option" to change. Instead at a surgeon you have access to the first page of the character designer where you have a green blob for a body-model and you can select your height. On that page you can change your proportions, height and go between male-female-huge.

Another possibility is Rikti War Zone, the only Tailor there is also a Surgeon.
