Key bind that switches between NJ and CJ
How would I set up a keybind that would allow me to use my mouse button 5 to toggle between Ninja Run and Combat Jump?

I have several characters where I do this but I use the H key for all travel powers, and then I have a button on my mouse set up to be an H key.

I'm not sure if button5 is mappable, but assuming it is, you'd do this:
/bind button5 "powexecname ninja run$$powexecname combat jumping"
The two powers are mutually exclusive, so pressing it once will turn on combat jumping if nothing is on, and the second press will turn on ninja run, which by activation turns CJ off.

I didn't use the quotes, but I do mine through CitiBinder so maybe that program automatically adds the quotes.

I've never used CityBinder, so I don't know how that specifically installs the binds onto your characters. It's very possible that they error-proofed it to automatically enclose each line in quotes to avoid such a problem. I do all of mine manually using the client and/or manually written bind files.

I have Sprint bound to [ and Ninja Run bound to ]. I mean, I don't use them for anything else, so...
NUMPAD4 is Super Jump or Fly, depending on which I take. NUMPAD5 is Combat Jumping, as I always take that. DIVIDE (the / key on the Numpad) is Super Speed, and MULTIPLY (the * key on the Numpad) is Hasten. I use MBUTTON for toggling on and off Hide or my Raptor Pack.
