Yea, it took me a sec to find the right code myself when I got my box. The code you're looking for (if you haven't found it by now) is on the inside cover of the 'quick reference card' that comes with the game.
It'll show up as 'retail' on your account by the way. Or it does for me at least.

Ok, I am really tired from this switch to night shift but I don't know what I did wrong in loading up GR.
I picked up my pre-orders wednesday afternoon at gamestop and ran it home to load up before I headed out to work, which is where I am now =[. I did not make an NC soft account during install because I already have one (mistake?). I did enter the codes that were on my reciept and those show up as "perk" on my account manager.
I cannot find another code on the disc or in the box (unless I missed it). When I log on I do not have the new slots and cannot make a preatorian on my main comp or my laptop.
What did I screw up??? Game seemed to install ok. I don't know what happened. Anybody have a clue?
