Kinetic Melee animation???
Not all animations are the same if you use a shield. The Stone Melee mallets are two-handed usually, but are one-handed when using a shield. They change the animations if they would look too stupid, or they couldn't make them work with the shield.

Huh. What do they look like, in general with the shield? Less dance like? More basic? That if they are different enough i may reconsider my Kin/NRG brute to a Kin/Shield brute... (not a huge fan of the current non shield animation. Can LIVE with it.. but hmm. maybe have to look into shields...)

Yeah, the shield moves are a lot less flashy for KM. Just direct hits. Someone has a video on youtube of the basic moves

Funny, I was thinking the animations for Kinetic Melee look like the Robotic Richard Simmons.

I think Kinetic Melee looks like Air Bending from Avatar the Last Air Bender...lol

I noticed kinetic melee animation isnt the same with shield def. is it because your holding a shield? all other powers from power sets work the same when you have shield so why not kinetic melee?
